T-shaped duct branch

Description

1. Uses

• Used to divide the air flow from one Main square/rectangular duct wall two square/rectangular branches.
• Application in HVAC and Fire smoke extraction.
• Ensure uniform distribution flow or as per design requirements.

2. Material

• Galvanized steel Z080 (Hoa Sen / Hoa Phat), anti-rust, anti-corrosion.
• Thickness: 0.58mm – 1.15mm depending on pipe size and wind pressure.
• Can be machined by Stainless steel 304/201 for corrosive environments or high hygiene requirements (clean rooms, food).

3. Specifications – Dimensions

• Sectional dimensions (WxH): 150×150mm to 1200×600mm (or according to drawing).
• Body length: according to design requirements or SMACNA/DWG standards.
• Branch angle: Usually 90°, adjustable to 45° or 60° to reduce pressure loss.

4. Processing method

• Machining by TDC/TDF flange press and flange joining machine or corner joint.
• The connection is Rivet + aluminum tape or Special anti-air leak glue.
• Pipe edges are rounded or fitted with standard flanges for ease of installation.

5. Application

• System cold air supply, fresh air, exhaust air in high-rise buildings, shopping malls.
• System exhaust – pressurized air supply in fire prevention
• Industrial factory ventilation system.
