Description
- Uses
- Collect or distribute air from fans, AHUs, FCUs or central air conditioning units.
- Air is led through air vents, flexible air ducts or round air ducts to air supply locations in the room.
- Help Evenly distributed air flow and reduce noise before the air exits the vent.
- Structure
- Box body: rectangular or square, combination round neck (collar) for connecting round ducts or flexible pipes.
- Round neck: rounded edges or fitted with airtight gaskets, secured with rivets or spot welding.
- Input/Output: can be square flange (TDC/TDF) or open face for direct connection to fan/air vent.
- Material
- Galvanized steel Z080 (Hoa Sen / Hoa Phat) standard, thickness 0.58 - 1.15 mm depending on size.
- Options: Stainless steel 304/201 or powder coated steel if high aesthetic requirements or corrosive environment.
- Surface can be insulation with glass wool or vulcanized rubber to reduce heat loss and noise.

- Box size (W × H × L) according to design drawing or actual requirement.
- Number of round necks: 1–6 necks depending on needs.
- Round neck diameter (Ø): 100 – 500 mm.
- Neck length: 50 – 100 mm, with tube holder.
- Processing
- The box body is Pittsburgh seamed or spot welded, ensuring high air tightness.
- Round neck is stamped and edged by specialized machine, ensuring even roundness and tight fit to the flexible air duct.
- All joints are treated with sealant to prevent air leakage.
- Application
- HVAC System: cold air supply from central air conditioning.
- Ventilation system: distribute fresh air into rooms.
- Fire smoke extraction system: collects smoke from many flexible pipe branches into the main pipe.
