Description

1. Uses

• Used to branch circular air ducts in ventilation, air conditioning or fire protection smoke extraction systems.
• Design female end help:
  • Quick installation, no additional outer ring required.
  • Tighter seal, reducing air leakage.
  • Easy to maintain and disassemble when system changes are needed.

2. Material

• Galvanized steel Z080 (Hoa Sen / Hoa Phat) standard.
• Thickness: 0.58mm – 1.15mm depending on pipe size and wind pressure requirements.
• Machinable stainless steel 304/201 according to special requirements (humid, corrosive environments).

3. Specifications – Dimensions

• Main Duct: Ø150 – Ø1000mm.
• Branch Duct diameter: according to design requirements.
• Branch angle: 30°, 45°, 60°, 90° depending on installation location.
• Standard machined fitting head, inner diameter matches outer diameter of main pipe.

4. Processing method

• Bending, welding or rolling round edges ensures airtightness.
• Welded or riveted joints, can be sealed with anti-air leakage glue.
• The end of the hugger is rounded and rounded to avoid tearing the insulation material.
