Description

1. Uses

• Air conduction and distribution in the system HVAC: cold air supply, fresh air, return air, exhaust air.
• Application in the system ventilation – air conditioning – smoke extraction fire protection for high-rise buildings, commercial centers, industrial factories.
• Priority is given to use when installation space is limited in height, or pipes need to be arranged close to the ceiling or along the wall.

2. Material

• Galvanized steel Z080 (Hoa Sen / Hoa Phat) – anti-corrosion, high durability.
• Standard thickness (according to pipe size and wind pressure):
  • 0.48 mm – 0.58 mm for small size, low pressure.
  • 0.75 mm – 0.95 mm for medium size, medium pressure.
  • 1.15mm for large size, high pressure.
• Options: Stainless steel 304/201 or powder coated steel for special environments.

3. Specifications – Dimensions

• Cross-sectional size: W × H according to design drawings.
• Standard length of each section: 1100mm for 1200mm sheet metal (optimal transportation and installation).
• Shape: square or rectangular, can have rounded corners as required.

4. Structure & Machining

• Pittsburgh seaming, lamination or gas-sealing to SMACNA/DW144.
• Two end pipe attachment TDC/TDF flange or Slip & Drive for easy assembly at site.
• Reinforced stiffeners along the pipe wall to prevent vibration and distortion.
• The joints are sealed with airtight glue or fitted with EPDM rubber gaskets.

5. Application

• High-rise building: shopping center, office, apartment.
• Industrial factory: garment factory, processing factory, warehouse.
• Special project: hospital, school, gymnasium.
