Background of Vietnam&#039;s Industrial Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">In the strong development trend of Vietnam&#039;s industry, the industrial park system is expanding with impressive scale. Currently, the whole country has\u00a0<strong>406 industrial parks<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>18 coastal economic zones<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>26 border economic zones<\/strong>\u00a0currently operating in 61\/63 provinces and cities. Hai Phong&#039;s Special Position<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Hai Phong - an important port city in the North, is possessing\u00a0<strong>14 industrial parks<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Dinh Vu - Cat Hai economic zone<\/strong>With its strategic location and modern infrastructure system, Hai Phong is affirming its role as one of the key industrial centers of the country. In particular, according to the planning until 2030, the city is expected to develop further.\u00a0<strong>46 new industrial parks<\/strong>, contributing to the goal of increasing the total number of industrial parks nationwide to 558.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\"><strong>3. Challenges in Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Despite significant achievements, Vietnam&#039;s industry in general and Hai Phong in particular are still facing significant challenges:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"-mt-1 [li&gt;&amp;]:mt-2 list-disc space-y-2 pl-8\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Localization rate in key industries remains low<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Incomplete supply chain<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Connectivity between businesses is limited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\"><strong>4. The Birth of Hai Phong Industrial Development Support Association<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Faced with the above challenges, the People&#039;s Committee of Hai Phong city has made an important decision on the establishment of\u00a0<strong>Hai Phong Industrial Development Support Association<\/strong>. This is a professional social organization that brings together industrial production and service enterprises in the city, with the mission of promoting the sustainable development of local industry.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\"><strong>5.
