“Recently, the business community must have been interested in Resolution 68 of the Politburo - a very important resolution, clearly demonstrating the Party's major policy in developing the private economy as a truly important driving force of the economy.

From the perspective of a manufacturing enterprise – specifically our company, Sao Viet Duct Manufacturing and Trading Company Limited, operating in the field of supplying ducts to Fire Prevention and Fighting (PCCC) contractors and ME contractors constructing air conditioning systems (HVAC) – I have two practical observations:

First, about capital: Currently, accessing capital is not too difficult, businesses can access it through many channels such as banks, investment funds, or credit institutions. However, the difficulty is accessing interest rates suitable for the tolerance of small and medium enterprises. Businesses have projects, contracts, and potential, but with high interest rates, investment efficiency is greatly affected.

Second, about land: It can be said that there is no shortage of land for production, especially when industrial zones are planned widely. But what businesses really need is a reasonable land rental price - suitable for the financial capacity and scale of small businesses. When land rental costs are too high, it will eliminate opportunities for production expansion and technological innovation - especially in supporting industries where profit margins are already very low.

I believe that if the policy mechanisms are more specific, closer to the actual needs of businesses, such as preferential interest rates by industry, or land funds with suitable prices for small manufacturing enterprises, then Resolution 68 will truly spread and come into life. At that time, private enterprises will have more strength to invest, expand, and contribute more to the economy."
