1. Step 1: Receiving Drawings and Checking Incoming Materials

- Cutting the blank: The automated machine measures and cuts sheet metal to the precise dimensions of each straight duct (square or rectangular). For complex components such as elbows, tees, and branches, the workpiece will be transferred to a specialized CNC plasma cutting machine.
3. Step 3: Create the Eyelid and Roll the Connecting Edge
After obtaining a flat sheet that meets the required standards, the sheet metal is transferred to machines that create the interlocking seams.
- Creating eyelids: The blank is run through a seaming machine to create double or single seams (Pittsburgh lock or snap lock), ensuring that the seams later fit together perfectly.
- Create a wall (if applicable): Depending on the project's connection requirements (TDF flange connection with pipe, TDC flange, or V-shaped steel flange), the workshop will perform flange folding using a high-pressure hydraulic press.
4. Step 4: Close the corners, insert the connectors, and complete the shaping.
This is the final stage in shaping the physical form of the ductwork:
- The workpiece is fed into a square bending machine to form a rectangular or square box.
- The automated seam sealing system will tightly press the locking joints together. This process ensures a strong joint that can withstand high wind pressure and prevents leaks, avoiding pressure loss and air leakage during actual operation.
5. Step 5: Quality Control (QC) and Packaging for Shipment
